Coaches Evaluations
NSGHA has strived for continual improvement in the management
and implementation of our hockey program. It is our intention to
continue to improve the quality of our girls' hockey programs in order
to provide the best possible experience for the girls and everyone
involved with our teams. Our
coaches are valuable volunteers, who put a tremendous amount of time and
effort into helping our children develop into great young hockey
players, and fine young citizens. NSGHA
firmly believes in transparency, in which open and honest feedback is
shared between players, parents and volunteer coaches.
We ask that they be completed when provided and placed into an envelope to be brought back to our association. There is no requirement of providing player or parent name on the surveys but we strongly recommend that names are included so we can reach out for further feedback if necessary. We intend to share feedback with coaches so that they can understand what they are doing well as well as opportunities for growth. Names will not be mentioned during the review process with a coach.
