Bottle drive fundraiser update
Submitted By Tico Kock on Sun 11 28, 21
On Saturday November 27th, the North Simcoe Capitals U11 BB rep team participated in a bottle drive fundraiser for their upcoming tournaments. The coaching staff, players and families would like to say thank you and express how grateful they are for the support they received from the community. The girls were welcomed with encouraging words and warm smiles on such a chilly day, which helped keep their spirits up as they collected throughout the day.

The last 20 months have been very difficult due to the Covid-19 pandemic so the return of a more normalized hockey season has been incredibly exciting for the players, as they return back to the ice. The resilience of these young girls has shone through as they continue to practice hard each week for their weekend games throughout Ontario. Behind each player stands some very proud parents and a very supportive community. Thank you!

If you are interested in cheering on the team at one of their upcoming games, their schedule can be found at https://nsgha.com/Teams/1090/

Many thanks from your North Simcoe Capitals U11 BB Rep Team!
