U15 A Team finding their stride at the right time
This year's U15 A team is looking to build off their great showing in Oakville last weekend leading into the start of the regular season. The team is made up of eight majors and nine minors, and the coaching staff could not be happier in how all the girls have gelled so far. The team got a little bit of a wake up call to start the season with a five to nothing loss to Barrie. It was almost like the girls needed it to realize what it was gonna take to compete at this level. The team turned it around on the very next day, beating the same Shark Squad by a score of two to one.

Since then the team has played some great hockey, with good games vs Caledon, and all four games in the Oakville tournament. It appears that the entire team has realized that just showing up to the rink will not get you results. The leadership group that the Staff has chosen for this team consists of five major girls. They will use their playing experience to help guide this team through the ups and downs that come during a hockey season. Good luck on your season. Go Caps Go.
