Thank you to all who applied for Head Coach positions for the 2024/25 NSGHA teams!Our youth model
what they see: at the arena, at home and in the community. Participants
in the NSGHA Capitals hockey program have the opportunity to see great
acts of citizenship from: other players, other parents, referees and
especially all of the volunteers on the bench staff that make it all
happen. During
the 2024/2025 head coach selection process, our committee followed the
procedure outlined in the NSGHA Policies and Procedures found at
www.nsgha.com.
An online application portal was initiated and advertised, an unbiased interview panel was assembled, interviews using identical, pre-selected questions were conducted, the panel made recommendations and these were discussed and approved by the NSGHA Board of Directors.
