Final_Covid_Waiver
This Township waiver must be signed and dated by each and every person participating on and off the ice.
Please hand these in to your association representative and they will hand in to the arena office.
In the case of an hourly rental – hand into the arena office in an envelope marked by your group’s name.
Final_Screening_Form
Directions for coaches are on the bottom of the form.
The form will be available at the screening table in the front foyer by staff to update it.
The update is to delete anyone not able to make their ice time – not to add people on the list.
Make sure everyone who is coming into the building is listed on the form.

These are subject to change at any time and all ice users will be notified.
Arena Schedule
This is an example of what will happen both for you and for staff.
No one will be allowed to enter the building late! Doors will be locked.
Line up your players to help make the entry as smooth as possible.
No early entries!
Final_Covid_Arena_Floor_Plan
The diagrams show the traffic flow of the building.
Users will literally walk through the building out to the arena proper.
The only players finishing to change are the goalies – they are in the arena lobby space.
The TV Display will be updated to reflect which side of the arena you will be using – everyone must stay on your designated side.
Don’t forget – everyone must wear a mask in the building until stepping onto the ice.
No masks will be provided at the arena.
